I am a wife and proud mother of three young men and a Weatherford native. As a Reiki master and yoga instructor, I use holistic practices to nurture the mind, body, and spirit and help the client gain greater mind-body awareness. My passion is to guide others on their self-healing journey so they can live with more balance, joy, and purpose. I aspire to complete my Bachelor of Science in Integrative Health Sciences so that I can continue to broaden my knowledge and expertise and continue my path of personal growth and transformation. I discovered yoga in 2017 after spending years dealing with anxiety and depression, adrenal burnout, and trauma. I spent three years studying yoga at Indra’s Grace Yoga Studio and received my 200-hour Hatha Yoga and Level 1 Kundalini teacher certification during that time. I also experienced the life-changing effects of yoga and found a deeper sense of purpose and meaning. This inspired me to begin teaching so I could share my story and my love for this powerful healing practice. In the years that followed, I became deeply connected to Ayurveda and Reiki as I sought additional ways to bring my body back into balance after being diagnosed with autoimmune disorders and undergoing several surgeries. I went on to complete Reiki Lvl 1 and 2 and became a certified Reiki Master in 2023. I incorporate the knowledge I have gained from my healing journey into my work and personalize each session to meet the individual needs of the client. When I am not helping others I find peace and inspiration in nature. From the beginning of discovering her passions, Megan has been practicing for almost 7 years after being introduced to yoga at music and arts festivals all over the country before joining yoga teacher training at Indra’s Grace Yoga and Meditation studio in Weatherford. She went on to receive her 200Hr Yoga teaching certification in hatha yoga in 2017. She then completed her 220Hr Kundalini Yoga certification in 2018 also at Indra’s Grace and is now undergoing completion of her 300Hr teacher training with Indra’s Grace. During her Kundalini Yoga training, Megan fell in love with the relaxation practice of restorative yoga and had the opportunity to take Judith Lasater’s restorative training at Yoga Yoga in Austin Texas in October 2018. Since then, Megan has developed a deep passion and connection to restorative yoga and has incorporated it in every class since. Also, upon taking many intensive workshops focused on meditation and pranayama(breathing) Megan has a passion for yoga and continues to teach classes weekly with the main focus on Restorative Yoga. The ebb and flow of life has sparked my interest for as long as I can remember. Energy is designed for movement; without that movement comes illness or dis-ease. I started Homeopathic studies in 2018 and obtained a 3-year professional certificate for Homeopathy in Texas through T.H.E.A. School in 2021. In that time, I learned the principles and applications of Homeopathic medicine. I observed and participated in several case studies throughout my attendance. Throughout my studies, I incorporated the use of homeopathy in caring for my loved ones, including family members, friends, pets, and even plants. I learned that I could help my infant daughter with her night terrors almost instantaneously, with peace of mind. Along the way, I have provided recommendations for a large variety of other ailments, including but not limited to, mood disorders, headaches, hair loss, skin conditions, infant and childhood concerns, gastro and skin issues in animals, etc. Homeopathy is near to my heart because I have seen the (effects) of it mentally, physically, and emotionally. I began working at Wholistic Body Solutions in April of 2023. During my time at Wholistic, I obtained a Holy Fire Reiki Level 1 and 2 certification and will complete Reiki Masters in 2024. In November of ‘23, I attended a 1-on-1 mentorship class for 5 weeks to further my development in energy work. During this class, we focused on embodiment, morals, and ethics within energy work, and refining my clairvoyance. After completing, I attended a small group mentorship class for an additional 5 weeks. In January of 2024, I became a facilitator in our monthly Wholistic meditation offerings! Jennifer has been steadily practicing hands-on manual therapies for over a decade now. She’s been fascinated by the human consciousness her entire life and is a self-proclaimed science nerd with a deep love and curiosity for human anatomy. Feeling the pull towards CranioSacral Therapy (CST) while studying traditional massage therapy, Jennifer set out on a journey seeking to understand this internal pull she was feeling shortly after obtaining her massage license. Upon her first encounter with CST training, she knew that was where she belonged. To her, it felt like meeting an old friend that she hadn’t seen in a very long time.
