Jennifer has been steadily practicing hands-on manual therapies for over a decade now. She’s been fascinated by the human consciousness her entire life and is a self-proclaimed science nerd with a deep love and curiosity for human anatomy. Feeling the pull towards CranioSacral Therapy (CST) while studying traditional massage therapy, Jennifer set out on a journey seeking to understand this internal pull she was feeling shortly after obtaining her massage license. Upon her first encounter with CST training, she knew that was where she belonged. To her, it felt like meeting an old friend that she hadn’t seen in a very long time. Through the years of studying and practicing this healing art, Jennifer was able to find other tools that supported her bodywork offerings nicely, studies including Reiki Healing, Hatha & Kundalini Yoga, Ashiatsu Thai Bodywork, Visceral Manipulation, Raindrop Therapy, Myofascial Release, Pleiadian Lightwork. Jennifer’s treatment sessions are unique to each client, they are dictated by the individual client’s body wisdom. Jennifer’s goal as a therapist is to be a humble listener to what the body tissues have to say. She then pulls from her toolbelt of experience and training, manual techniques that can best support the body tissues through their own unique healing processes. Jennifer’s an avid practitioner of yoga, meditation, and physical endurance training, finding in her experience that these tools greatly support her system and allow her hands, heart, and mind to stay clear and precise while providing treatment for clients. Jennifer has found a home in the Healing Arts. She loves learning and sharing with her clients and peers about the science and wisdom that the human body always has for us if we can soften and have the ears to listen and observe this feedback it has to give. Through the research that she has studied and with her own observations that everything inside the body is seemingly connected, she’s found that we too, as humans in this collective are also connected. When we can positively create a ‘ripple’ of change or healing within ourselves, we are truly creating a ‘ripple’ of healing within our cellular lineage and in the whole organism of humanity. I was fortunate to enjoy many spiritual experiences even as a young boy. Growing up in southwest Texas I became connected to the land in what felt like a very sacred way. My mission since has been to discover deeper pathways into the spirit realms and expanded realities in order to find answers for helping others. Understanding that navigating the human spirit is complex at best, I found that guiding an individual to their own personal healer, they will find the immense power within themselves. Learning from many sources I have discovered that the most common roadblock to spiritual expansion and wholeness is disbelief. In today's world we all have to contend with it's definition of personal success and remain limited by our own generational conditioning and group mentality. Good news, these patterns can be adjusted and overcome. My goal with my clients is to help them find the power within themselves that they may expand in a way that is both tangible and understandable. The veil between expansion and limitation is actually very thin.

With nearly a decade of experience, he passionately shares these teachings, finding fulfillment in helping others. Dan's formal training is rooted in Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra, with a strong emphasis on meditation and pranayama practices. In addition, he is a certified Reiki Master in the Usui/Holy Fire lineage and has been offering energy healing to clients since 2018. His approach integrates these practices, along with others he has learned over the years, to support students and clients in both group and private settings. Dan's path to yoga and energy work is complemented by his 17 years of experience as a chemist. This unique blend of science and spirituality has shaped his belief that life requires a balance of both to truly connect with the world around us. From the beginning of discovering her passions, Megan has been practicing for almost 7 years after being introduced to yoga at music and arts festivals all over the country before joining yoga teacher training at Indra’s Grace Yoga and Meditation studio in Weatherford. She went on to receive her 200Hr Yoga teaching certification in hatha yoga in 2017. She then completed her 220Hr Kundalini Yoga certification in 2018 also at Indra’s Grace and is now undergoing completion of her 300Hr teacher training with Indra’s Grace. During her Kundalini Yoga training, Megan fell in love with the relaxation practice of restorative yoga and had the opportunity to take Judith Lasater’s restorative training at Yoga Yoga in Austin Texas in October 2018. Since then, Megan has developed a deep passion and connection to restorative yoga and has incorporated it in every class since. Also, upon taking many intensive workshops focused on meditation and pranayama(breathing) Megan has a passion for yoga and continues to teach classes weekly with the main focus on Restorative Yoga. Also, in 2018 Megan was blessed with the opportunity to work for Wholistic Body Solutions as a receptionist and became a Reiki Practitioner in the process! Later, in 2019 Megan became a mother to her sweet daughter Luna. She spends her days sharing her passions of yoga, hula hoop dancing, cooking, and gardening with her baby girl.
